Hamsters are one of the
few animals born with fully developed teeth.
Hamsters are rodents and therefore their teeth grow
continuously. This means that a hamster needs to grind
its teeth down regularly to stop them from overgrowing
and the hamster does this by gnawing on something hard.

The Father’s Day Essay Contest was a lot of
fun! Dr. Chan and her staff had so many wonderful
essays to choose from it was tough to narrow it down
to just two! Thank you to all who participated in
the Father’s day Contest. Look for details on

My dad
is special because he takes me fishing he always
helps me in school, yard work, cleaning he pays me
my allowance, he helped me learn how to ride my
bike. My dad cares, he comforts me even though
my dad yells sometimes he still loves me very
much and I love him. He understands me he gets me to
the Orthodontest and school on time. He gives
me a house to live in he has a job that pays for the
house I live in and I have no idea what I
would do without him. Abby K. age 11
My dad
is special because he always encourages me to do my
best and challenge myself to reach for the stars.
He understands my struggles and is always there to
offer a warm hug and friendly smile. He would
do anything to make me happy, and I know he works as
hard as he can to give me the best future he can
offer. My dad always backs me up and because

Hygiene Winners
We
would like to congratulate our patients that have
excellent oral hygiene. Every month our patients that
receive brushing and flossing scores that are 95% and
higher have an opportunity to win movie tickets
compliments of our office. We select patients every
month by random drawing
