Q. Which mammal can have as many as 252 teeth?

A.  The Dolphin! Research reveals that the long-beaked common dolphin has between 47 to 67 pairs on both the upper and lower jaw, so let's take the maximum of 67 pairs, that's 134 teeth in the upper jaw, and 134 in the lower jaw giving the dolphin a grand total of 268 teeth!!!  Wow, that would certainly keep a hygienist busy!
